A very busy day for all racing at University Championships. Highlights were wins for the Women's Novice 4X+ and the Mens Intermediate 2X (Tiernan Oliver and Nathan Hull). Lady Victoria Boat Club President, Ricky Caruth, welcomed new club patron, Lord Rana, to the boat house on Saturday morning, 10 May. Lord Rana saw the boat house at it's typical bustling weekend best, talking to Queen's oarsmen and women, and members of the Lady Victoria committee, including club captain Maurice Warnock.
