Queen’s had five of its members competing in Home Internationals this year, under the guidance of Tracey Wilkinson (Head Coach – QUBBC). Tracey was selected to coach the women’s sweep squad this year in the run up to the Home International Regatta in Cardiff bay.
Conditions on the day proved to be very challenging with high winds, making competion in the small boats very difficult.
In the women’s pair, Alison Graham and Rachel Beringer managed third place behind England and Scotland.
In the women’s coxless four, Aine de Baroid and Helen Bergin managed fourth place.
The women’s eight, consisting of the above four rowers and Queen’s cox Victoria Mulholland managed fourth place also.
