Skibbereen regatta 2012:

So after the fantastic results from the day before in uni champs, all the Queens crews where looking to finish the weekend on a high at Skibbereen regatta. 

The day started much like the day before. However unlike the day before the wind stayed away, providing the perfect conditions for lots of competitive  races across the board. 

Results:

MS8+          1st

MN8+.         2nd (A final)
                    1st  (B final)
WN8+.         3rd
WN4+.         5th
WI4+.           5th
MN4+.         1st & 3rd
MS4-.          1st
WS4-           1st
WS2-           1st (A final)
                    1st (B final)

MU23 2X-    1st

Brilliant results and that was with reak undergraduates all in Queens unlike our friends in the West Country in recent years.Kudos to the lads and I am proud to see the Pot come home.Absolutely excellent win, keep on plugging away.
